English Privacy policy
Purpose and scope
FabFactory Drive is a local utility used by its owner to publish selected Fab product release ZIP packages and selected buyer tutorial PDFs to Google Drive. It is not a cloud service, marketplace, or user account system.
Google data accessed
With the owner’s explicit Google authorization, the utility uses the Google Drive drive.file scope to create, upload, update, share, and verify files created by the utility. It does not request broad access to all Drive files and is not intended to browse unrelated Drive content.
How the data is used
The utility uses the selected release ZIP and tutorial PDFs only to upload them to Google Drive, configure a public reader link for each individual approved file, record the resulting link in the local project’s hosting evidence, and anonymously download each public file to verify its SHA-256 checksum. It does not use Google data for advertising, profiling, sale, or training.
Storage, sharing, and retention
OAuth client configuration and authorization tokens are stored locally on the owner’s computer and are not published by this website. The selected files are stored in the owner’s Google Drive. A file that is shared as “Anyone with the link” can be accessed by anyone who receives that link. The utility never makes a parent folder public.
Files remain in Google Drive until the owner removes them. Revoking OAuth access prevents future access by the utility but does not itself remove files or disable previously created public links. The owner can delete the file or change its sharing setting in Google Drive to withdraw access.
